Job Requirements:
- Must have a “G” licence
- Clean driving abstract
- Must speak/read and write fluent English
- Experience driving a 24 ft straight truck with tailgate
- Capable of loading and unloading own truck
- Forklift license
- Completing daily log- book
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- When no deliveries or pickups – must be available to help out in the warehouse or any other area requested by supervisor.

HVAC Customer Service (Mississauga)
Air Heat Supplies – Mississauga, ON
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk in customers and to customer telephone
inquiries - Responsible for inputting customer orders and processing returns
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Research parts & products for out of stock and special requests by reaching out to
suppliers - Keep work area clean and organized
- Evaluate customer needs when their requests cannot be met by upselling when needed
- Assist with yearly inventory counts and Saturday counter shifts as scheduled
- Develop good customer relationships which will help when having to resolve any issues
or conflicts quickly
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service & communication (written & verbal) skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Good organizational skills & attention to detail
- Able to safely lift upwards to 50 Ibs
- Knowledge of HVAC (preferred)
